I am excited to invite you to join me for the Women’s Self-compassion and Yoga Retreat from August 18th to August 21st, 2022. This retreat includes six meals, five yoga and meditation practices, guided mindfulness hikes, and two women’s circles. The theme is “Self-compassion – Beginning anew.” The intention is to reconnect and learn to treat yourself as if you are your own best friend. Imagine your best friend came to you with heartbreak, how do you show up for him/her? Can you show up in the same way for yourself? When you are truly your own best friend, you will show up a true friend to your loved ones and others. You will learn self-compassion and self-discovery, build stronger relationships with other women, and nature, and find yourself again.
Our retreat will begin with an evening Yin Yoga class on Thursday, August 18th, at 5 pm. Check into the Glacier Campground between 2 pm and 5 pm on Thursday. You will leave the retreat on Sunday at 11 am not only feeling reconnected with yourself and self-discovery but also, you will gain lifelong friendships. For those of you who live in West Glacier or have a place to stay in Montana, we have a pricing option for you that does not include lodging. The Glacier Campground is conveniently located in the heart of Glacier National Park. Gives you the perfect location for exploring the surrounding area and Montana throughout the weekend. We will share a cabin with either 1 to 4 other new friends (women). There will be five cabins for the retreats.
Note that few beds are available.
