Yin Yoga



Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that holds poses for a longer period than other types of yoga. It focuses on deep tissues, such as your ligaments, joints, and bones. Allows you to turn inward and tune into both your mind and body. I enjoy practicing Yin yoga in the evenings to calm my mind and relax my body. It sets up my body to be ready for sleep!
