What is Yoga Sculpt?

Yoga Sculpt is a class that combines weights, cardio, and yoga; a calorie-burning effect. It includes cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing.  Yoga Sculpt classes tend to be upbeat and super energetic.

What is Vinyasa Flow?

Vinyasa Flow is a foundation-building of yoga that impacts every muscle through breath and movement (pose).  It strengthens, balances, and detoxifies your entire body, mind, and spirit as you move through the postures and connect with the breath.

 Mom and Me Yoga:

When I was pregnant with my daughter in 2017, I attended Pre and Post-natal yoga classes with other to-be-moms in Tahoe, CA. I loved the stretches for my pregnant body, and I made life-long friends. When we moved back to San Diego, CA., six months after giving birth, my baby and I then took Mommy and Me, Yoga classes. I met amazing moms and I am still good friends with them. Through these classes, I gained friendships and I felt like I was not alone in my motherhood journey. Therefore, I am investing my time, money, and energy in Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training, so I can show up better for you and your babies and toddlers.

Mom and Me Yoga started when my toddler was only six weeks old! I love doing yoga with my daughter. She has been doing yoga since she was in my belly in Prenatal and Postnatal yoga! These fun classes will foster your relationship with your babies and toddlers, while we do storytime, dance to the music, and practice yoga poses. Mom and me yoga is a great way to meet other like-minded moms.

Candlelight Flow:

In this class, you will enjoy a peaceful and relaxing practice. Is a great class to unwind after your busy day. This 30-minute class combining Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga; includes breath to movement flow, stretches, and mindfulness practice. Reduces stress and tension in the physical body and mental health. Optional and your choice to light candles or dim light in your own personal.

Yoga Pilates Fusion:

Yoga Pilates Fusion is my root! This is a combination of yoga stretches, flow, and Pilates core focus (your powerhouse). I first taught Yoga Pilates classes with my women’s group as a Peace Corps volunteer in Costa Rica, 2005.

Yin Yoga:

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that holds poses for a longer period than other types of yoga. It focuses on deep tissues, such as your ligaments, joints, and bones. Allows you to turn inward and tune into both your mind and body. I enjoy practicing Yin yoga in the evenings to calm my mind and relax my body. It sets up my body to ready for sleep!

All classes will be flow with a playlist.
